Deregistering a Company

If a Hong Kong limited company has ceased to operate, it must be deregistered in accordance with the established procedures.

Under Hong Kong company law, if the directors of a company do not apply for the revocation of the company registration and do not fulfill their obligation to maintain the company, it may lead to arrest or have an impact on future entry and exit from Hong Kong.
